7. Why can't I send an ecard?
-The most common reason for this is an invalid or incorrect
email address in the "Recipient's email address" field.
Make sure you enter a correct and complete email
address (for example, friend@emailaddress.com) in the address
field. Also, do not include brackets or quotes around the
email address.
-Sometimes users enter an address that is valid, but has
a typographical error in it that makes it someone else's
address. Make sure the address is correct!
-Another possible explanation is that yours or your recipient's
Internet service provider is overloaded with traffic or
is down. In this case you can try to send the ecard again
later.

8. Why can I send a person regular email,
but I can't send him/her an ecard?
-If you are sure the address is correct and you can send
the person regular email, but if you still can't send them
our ecards, then there are three possible reasons why you
can't send them a ecard. They may be using an email account
issued through their place of work, and the business itself
blocks our ecards. Another possibility may be that they do
not have their email controls set to receive our ecards.
In either case, you should have the recipient contact the
tech support staff at his or her place of work (if applicable),
or the tech support at his or her Internet Service Provider,
and ask how to change the mail blocking controls.
-It is also possible that your recipient has asked Atomflash
to block sending of ecards to their address. If this is the
case, we are unable to send them any ecards unless they request
to be unblocked.
