11. Why doesn't the email address fit in the box?
-Make sure you are entering the email address in the "Recipient's email address" box, and not the "Recipient's Name" box. The "Name" box only takes 28 characters, but the "Address" box is much longer.

12. How can I keep from receiving copy notifications?
-If you wish not to receive copies of the cards that you send, please make sure that the box beside "Please send me a copy of this card" does not have a checkmark in it. Clicking on the box will remove the checkmark and you will not receive a copy of the card.
-If you choose the option "Please notify me when the recipient views this card", you will receive a copy notification regardless. The copy notification will allow you to have a record of the card in case of any errors in delivery. Please note that receiving a copy of the card does not mean that the recipient has not received the card.

13. How do I delete an ecard I have sent?
-Unfortunately, once you have sent an ecard you cannot take it back.

14. How do I correct an email address after I have sent an ecard?
-Unfortunately, once you've sent an ecard, you cannot take it back anymore. If you checked the option to get your own copy of the ecard you sent, you can re-send the ecard to the correct address by using your email to send a copy of the ecard's address, which looks like:
"http://www.atomflash.com/cards/box1234c/abc2abcdefghij.htm"
to the correct recipient. You can get the ecard address from the email notifications we sent you after you sent the ecard. Or, you can always return to the Atomflash index page and send the ecard again to the correct recipient.

15. Where can I find My Address Book?
-You must be a registered Atomflash member to use the Address Book. You can find your address book under the user tools on the left side of the index page. If you are not yet a member and want to be one, click here.

16. How do I add someone to My Address Book?
-To add a name into your Address Book: You must be signed in before accessing your Address Book. Open your Address Book by clicking on the 'My Address Book' link. Click on the 'Add' button located at the left side of the My Address Book page. Fill up the form. Don't forget to enter the email address of your new contact. After filling it up, click the 'Add' button at the bottom part of the form.

17. How do I add a reminder to My Reminders tool?
-You must be signed in before accessing your My Reminders tool. Open your My Reminders by clicking on the 'My Reminders' link. Click on the 'Add' button located at the upper left side of the My Reminders page. Fill up the form. Your reminder will automatically be added to the My Reminders page. To edit, click on the 'edit' button beside the reminder to be edited. To delete, check the box beside the reminder to be deleted and click on the 'delete' button.

18. Why do i get an error page after adding a reminder?
-There are two possible ways why you can't add your reminder: You might not have filled up all the required fields. Click the 'back' button and complete the form. Another possibility is you might not have signed in yet. Sign in by clicking on the 'Sign in' buttons under the user tools on the index page. If you're not a member yet, click here to register.

19. Can I add an event on the calendar page?
-You can only access this page to view holidays and events of the month. A link to other months is located at the bottom of the page. If you want to add your own personal events and ocassions, go to My Reminders page and add a reminder to the date of the event or ocassion.

20. How do I subscribe/unsubscribe to the Atomflash newsletter?
-Atomflash members have the option to receive updates, featuring news on your favorite ecards or services.
-Once you register to become a member, check the box beside the option 'I want to receive newsletters from Atomflash' found on the 'Be a member' page.
-If you are already a member but are not currently receiving the newsletter, sign in to access your profile page and change your newsletter receiving options.
-To unsusbcribe your newsletter, click on the unsubcribe link located at the bottom of your newsletter. This will automatically unsubscribe you from our mailing list. -You can also sign in and go to My Options to remove the check mark beside the 'I want to receive newsletters from Atomflash' option.

21. Can I get a virus from Atomflash ecards?
-There is no way you can get a computer virus from Atomflash ecards. The ecards are viewed over the Internet with your web browser. The notifications you receive in your e-mail are only small text messages with a hyperlink to your ecard, and they do not contain any attached files.
